Shipping & Delivery
1. How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping times depend on the location of the product's warehouse:

2. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer global fulfillment. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.
3. How can I track my order? Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Returns & Refunds
4. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Standard Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label.

Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as bodysuits, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please note that the return shipping cost is generally the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or there was a shipping error.
6. Can I exchange an item? Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
